The area of about 91 hectares. The land is situated in Wiejkówko in the Wolin commune, the Kamień Pomorski poviat in the West-Pomeranian voivodeship.
It is distant from the international route E-65 and express road S-3 by about 4 km. The access to the land is by an asphalt road. The lot is composed of cultivated lands of classes IV and V, pastures, and meadows.
The lots are located on the verge of the village, bordering Puszcza Goleniowska (Goleniów Forest) and Ostrowo Lake. Wolin commune is located in the north-west part of the voivodeship. It is one of the largest communes in the West-Pomeranian voivodeship, covering 2/3 of the area of the Polish largest island - Wolin. Commune’s northern border is set by the Baltic Sea, while the southern one by the Szczecin Reservoir. In the central part of the island, there is the Wolin National Park, with rare sites of plant life and wildlife.
